Due to an increased demand for Staffplus Recruitment Services we are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Motherwell. The Recruitment Consultant will have experience in the Office & Commercial Sector covering the central belt of Scotland and focus on the sales and development of the most successful and fast paced areas of the Staffplus business.

Requirements

Candidates must have evidence of their successful track record within recruitment sales  and development preferably gained within commercial business sector.

Excellent communicator both internally  & externally.

Candidates must have excellent time management skills.

Candidates must be highly motivated and provide a best in class service to both clients and candidates.

REC qualified would be beneficial.

Transport is essential for this role.

Sales & Marketing Executive 

Our client who are Market Leaders in their industry are recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Executive.

Main Areas of Responsibility -  

To operate sales procedures within the Sales Department

To gain knowledge of the Global market  for the companies product range

To communicate with all customers and channel partners, as assigned by the Senior Sales Manager

To visit clients on a regular basis (after appropriate development)

To keep clients informed on the product range and market developments

To communicate with other developments on aspects of the business that have commercial impact

To liaise with Senior Customer Service Advisor on production/order status

To ensure excellent customer service

Personal Qualities -

An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Attention to detail

Personal integrity and the ability to work in a team are essential for this role

Qualifications -

A Degree in Business or Science is essential

Experience -

Good IT skills are essential for this role

Spoken French and/or German needed

Experience within a manufacturing environment would be an advantage

Shift Times                               9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
 

Candidates should possess   Must be aged 18+ as will be working nights. Previous experience would be an advantage but not essential. Duties include working on a plastics production line, operating machinery. Must have good numerical skills, be able to work at a fast pace and to targets. Must hold good attention to detail, ideally within an assembly line environment.  Engineering, Robotic Spraying, Quality or Planning backgroung would be an advantage.

Duties include                         Data Entry, Typing, Filing and Retrieving Information and Documents, Answering the Telephone and any other associated administration duties.
