Derek is the Managing Director of the Staffplus. He founded the organisation with co-director Tony Reilly in 1997, and has worked with a variety of public and private sector organisations over the last decade. Performed international consultancy in the USA, Ireland and the Netherlands.
Qualifications include a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Tony Reilly MBA MREC MAEPH Dip Hyp, Dip Sport Psychology - Director
Tony is a Director of Staffplus. He draws on almost two decades of commercial experience spanning Human Resource and Management functions.
Tony has successfully completed an MBA in Marketing, and is a trained Hypnotherapist with qualifications including a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and a Diploma in Sports Psychology.Tony has a Full Membership of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation, and Full Membership of the Association of Ethical and Professional Hypnotherapists and is an active Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, having studied with one of its founders in the nineties.

Paul Hamilton C.A. MREC Cert RP - Financial Director
Paul is a chartered accountant. He joined Staffplus in 2008. Prior to this, he worked mainly in private practice, where he was responsible for working on a variety of commercial clients. Paul was appointed Financial Director in October 2008.
Heading up the operations team, Lynn joined Staffplus in 2006. Lynn is passionate in her belief that Staffplus will not compromise on 1st Class customer service to both clients and candidates. Lynn provides HR support and service to our clients and draws upon her extensive manufacturing and distribution experience, as well as providing cost effective recruitment solutions for over a decade. Lana McGhee MREC CertRP - Sales & Recruitment
Joined the company in 2006. Has since enjoyed success managing contracts all over the central belt of Scotland.Lana is now heading the commercial services division since its re-launch in 2008, driving customer service as a structural point to ensure our clients & candidates are satisfied at all times with Staffplus.

Alex Cochrane - Payroll Manager
Alex joined Staffplus in January 1998 taking care of all aspects of Payroll and Invoicing, his main aim to maintain an efficient service to both Candidates and Clients alike, ensuring that they both are receiving a high level at all times.Prior to this, he worked with various clients such as British Steel,Clydesdale Steel and Tube Works in Mossend andMimtecElectronics in Livingston.

Allison Sneddon - MREC - Senior Consultant
Allison joined Staffplus in 2000 as a business development consultant. In 2002 she became a fully qualifed consultant and gained her REC certificate. She has over 20 years experience in customer service, in which has made her popular with clients and candidates alike.
